If nothing happens when you click on “Forgot Password,” it is often because your phone does not have a default browser set. As a result, your device doesn't know which app to use to open the link.
You can resolve this in two ways:
Option 1: Use your browser directly
Go to www.aanuit.net using your phone’s internet browser (such as Chrome or Safari). Click on “Forgot Password” there. Since you're already in a browser, it will work properly.
Option 2: Set a default browser on your phone
By setting a default browser, your phone will know which app to use for opening links. Here's how you can do that:
Android (e.g. Samsung, Oppo, Xiaomi):
Open the Settings app.
Go to Apps or App Management.
Tap on Default apps (this may be under "Advanced settings").
Select Browser app.
Choose a browser like Chrome, Firefox, or another installed browser.
iPhone (iOS):
Open the Settings app.
Scroll down and tap the browser you want to use (e.g. Safari, Chrome).
Tap Default Browser App.
Select your preferred browser.
After setting a default browser, you can try clicking “Forgot Password” in the app again — it should now work as expected.
