There can be several reasons why the power is not (yet) working. Always check first whether you have activated mooring or staging fees, otherwise you will not be able to purchase electricity. See if any of the following points may apply.
- There can be a maximum of 5 minutes between activation and the start of the delivery
- The plug is not properly connected (check both sides)
- There is no voltage at the socket (check whether the earth leakage circuit breaker is set to red)
- The activation number is incorrect. Check the number at the location (you can check the number you entered in the app or via the website)
- Are you already registered with an account? If not, first create an account for free
- If you already have an account, make sure you are logged in with the correct username and password
- If you have lost your password, request a new one by clicking on 'forgot password'
