Suddenly I have no power. How did this happen?

We automatically switch off the power supply when no consumption has been measured for a number of hours. We do this because sometimes a user forgets to turn off delivery. This ensures that a subsequent customer could potentially use further power on their account. By automatically turning off the power, we prevent unpleasant surprises.
