If you do not receive a message in your mailbox after requesting a link to reset your password, this can have multiple reasons. It is easiest if you contact us on servicedesk@ease2pay.com with some of the information of your account (think of full name and mail adress) so we can investigate this problem and help you reset your password.
Please be careful, we would never ask you for your password, so if you receive a message supposedly from us, requesting your password, this could very well be spam/fishing. When in doubt, always contact us.
