Essentially, there are two possible ways to pay your bill.
1. Pay by direct debit. To pay by direct debit, you must first activate it. Follow these steps to arrange this:
i. Log in to your account via the app or the website.
ii. Go to the settings.
iii. Go to the Payment details (for website users) or Direct debit (for app users) section.
iv. Enter your IBAN number and BIC code.
v. Once you have chosen direct debit, you do not need to do anything further. The amount due for the invoice in question will be automatically debited from your account.
Please note: once you set up a direct debit, it will only take effect from the next invoice sent. If you set up a direct debit after you have received an invoice, you will still need to transfer the relevant invoice manually. Instructions for manually transferring an invoice are given below.
2. Pay via a manual transfer. Every month you can find your invoice in the app or on the website. Choose a payment method (for example iDEAL, PayPal or credit card) and simply pay your bill. You can also transfer the amount manually. The account number to which you can transfer the money is stated in the invoice. Do not forget to state the invoice number.
Please note: you will only receive an invoice if you have used our service in the previous month. The invoice will be prepared for you at the beginning of the month. If you would like to receive the relevant invoice each month per PDF via email, please email us with this request at servicedesk@ease2pay.nl.
