I did not receive a code to enter the location.

In order to receive a code to enter the location you need to activate your reservation. Otherwise we do not know if you are actually at the location. As soon as you have activated the reservation you will receive a code from us with which you can enter the location. If you do not activate your reservation, it will be timed out automatically and another spot will become available at the location for someone else.

You can activate your reservation once you have received a confirmation from us that you are allowed to enter the location. This will probably be around 13:00.
