What are the cancellation fees?

Within 24 hours of making the reservation

If you cancel within 24 hours of making the reservation, the full amount will be refunded.

More than 24 hours after making the reservation

If you cancel more than 24 hours after making the reservation, please contact the location if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the arrival date.

In the event of cancellation, the guest is required to pay compensation to the operator as follows:

  • If the cancellation is made within 30 days before the arrival date, the compensation amounts to 90% of the agreed reservation price.
  • If the cancellation is made on the arrival date, the compensation amounts to 100% of the agreed reservation price.

Any eligible refund will be issued proportionally after deduction of applicable administration fees.
