What should I do if there is no power after payment?

The blue indicator light is not on

This may indicate that the circuit breaker has been switched off. You can reactivate the breaker yourself using the transparent access panel on the power pedestal.

If the circuit breaker is switched on and you have an active power session but the blue indicator light is still not illuminated, please contact the location directly.


The blue indicator light is on, but there is no power

Please check that your power cable is properly connected and functioning correctly.
